Cornerstone Gallery is the home of two of the finest chess sets available today - Nigel Tranter's Bannockburn Limited Edition Chess Set and the Burns Chess Set. Both have been specially devised and commissioned by Morag and John Morgan exclusively for Cornerstone.

These are no ordinary chess sets. Handmade in pewter to the highest standard, each tells a story. You could say in 32 parts! Because each piece in the sets is different.

Both sets come with the highest standard of presentation and make superb collectors items or special gifts. They also add a new dimension to playing the game (people tend to get personally attached to individual pieces!).

Both Cornerstone chess sets are made to order, although we occasionally have items in stock. Normally allow 4 weeks for delivery, although more pressing deadlines can be met if you have missed a Birthday, Retiral, or just can't wait to own one of these rather special items.
