This timescale can be shortened and sets are available from stock, from time to time.ReturnsIn the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us please parcel the item and send it within 14 days of receipt to Cornerstone Gallery, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, FK9 4EE, Scotland. Upon receipt we will refund your payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage. If you are returning a chess set, you must let us know that you intend to do so, prior to sending. Cornerstone Gallery cannot take responsibility for non-receipt of goods sent by another party. We guarantee to replace any item without charge should that item have any design or manufacturing fault. Items damaged or worn through use will be replaced on payment of such cost, advised to you in advance of such replacement.Alternative payment methodsIf you cannot pay by credit card online, you can also submit your card details by telephone, fax, or post. Please use the contact addresses published throughout this website. We can also accept cheques drawn on a UK bank.
